The view from the room was amazing and the private onsen really hit the spot. The breakfast was fine and the staff were all very accommodating.

The hot water was out, so the owner git me a room in another hotel, drove me there and set it up, then drove me to the Wulai train free of charge. He was so nice and patient with my bad Chinese!

Huge space for spa area. Great sofa area for relaxing as well. Love the heated stone platform.
